Coaches Comment: Flatts has been appointed as the teams Assistant Captain this year and he really has a big role to play.  He is prepared to play with any player on the team and just gets on with his job.  He penalty kills well and covers a lot of ice during a game.  Once Flatts puts the puck in the back of the net on a more regular basis his confidence will grow and opposition’s defensive units better watch out.
